Manage your event registration with confidence. We understand plans change, so we offer the following flexible options for refunds and transfers:

 

Need to change your plans?

• Refund 50%: Request a refund at any time for a 50% return (minus transaction fees)

• Transfer 100%: Transfer your payment in full to a future event (valid for up to 12 months)

• Gift your payment: Gift your registration for the current event to another individual

Event cancellation/postponement:

• Not related to social/environmental concerns (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters): 

  • Event cancellation: Full refund (minus transaction fees)

  • Event postponement: Your payment will be automatically applied to the rescheduled event

• ​Related to social/environmental concerns: 50% refund (minus transaction fees), 50% credit towards a future event (valid for up to 12 months)
