The Progressive Certification Program (ProCert) is an optional pathway for Warrior Training graduates who wish to deepen their practice, strengthen their teaching, and continue evolving within the Warrior Training framework. It provides a clear, structured pathway with meaningful milestones and rewards for those seeking to grow beyond the foundational level and pursue long-term mastery and excellence.

 

ProCert also offers the opportunity for graduates to rise to a Senior Teacher designation, where they can lead, mentor, and help shape the next generation of Warrior Training teachers.

Program Overview

​

Length: ~6–9 months per level
Price: €250 per level (or apply referral credit earned through the Alumni Program)
Components: Practicum • Cultivation • Assessment
Hours: 180 hours per level

​

ProCert is independent from the Recertification Program and is fully self-managed and self-paced.​​

THE PATH TO SENIOR TEACHER:

ProCert Level 5 — 900 Hours

​

At ProCert Level 5, graduates receive two major milestones:

​

• Recertification is no longer required

• Senior Teacher Certificate & Mentorship Licence — awarding senior teacher status and authorization to mentor junior-ranking graduates and assist us at Teacher Trainings​​

How It Works: Practice. Cultivate. Advance.

​

Each level includes:​

​

1. Practicum — 60 Classes Taught

• Teach 60 Warrior Training classes.

• Develop your skills, refine your leadership, and strengthen your transmission of the method.

 

2. Cultivation — 120 Classes Practiced

• Practice 120 Warrior Training classes.

• Refine your strength, deepen your integration, and enhance your personal embodiment of the method

 

3. Assessment — Video Submission

• Submit a recorded class for review.

• Scott and Jorina evaluate, grade, and offer constructive mentorship and feedback.​​​​

Progression & Levels

 

​Each level = 180 cumulative hours

 

• ProCert 1 — 180 hours

• ProCert 2 — 360 hours

• ProCert 3 — 540 hours

• ProCert 4 — 720 hours

• ProCert 5 — 900 hours (Senior Teacher)

​

… and graduates may continue indefinitely, to the nth level.​
