Asana-Based Strength Training
Warrior Training is a strength training and physical therapy system
rooted in Hatha yoga principles—posture, stillness, and breath—combined with specialized techniques
for strength and muscle development.
The method seamlessly blends yang-style isometric strengthening postures with yin-style relaxation stretches, delivering a challenging yet ultra-low-impact full-body workout.

About
Unlike conventional strength training methods that rely on repetitive, isotonic movements to fatigue muscles, Warrior Training emphasizes stillness and controlled isometric holds, offering an effective approach to achieving fitness goals while promoting physical and mental well-being.
Adaptable and versatile in the classroom, the Warrior Training method has proven effective for people of all ages and conditions—whether young or old, fit or injured, healthy or unwell, and even during pregnancy or postnatal recovery.
For fitness enthusiasts seeking strength and muscle development, Warrior Training provides an isometric, bodyweight approach to building strength without strain or injury.
For those recovering from injury or trauma, it offers a slow, gentle, ultra-low-impact method to support rehabilitation by enhancing joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and overall healing through mindful muscle activation and precise postural alignment and care.
