Warrior Training: More Than Just Yoga
Created by Scott Erickson, Warrior Training is a one-of-a-kind asana-based strength training system inspired by the principles of Hatha yoga. It combines the wisdom of yoga masters like Paramahansa Yogananda, Bishnu Ghosh, Bikram Choudhury, and Paul Grilley with cutting-edge strength and muscle development techniques.

Schedule:

Each day features 2-3 classes

Morning classes are co-led by Scott and Jorina, with trainee-led classes offered later in the day

Classes are 75-90 minutes long and operate at a moderate heat level
