The Mastery & Autonomy Assessment is a 1-day comprehensive evaluation designed to test an instructor's expertise, leadership, self-sufficiency, and creative freedom. This final stage ensures that instructors can confidently operate independently, innovate within their practice, and lead with authority. Through a rigorous assessment, instructors prove their ability to embody mastery and autonomy in their teaching. Upon successful completion, the instructor will receive the Master Designation and Mentor Authorization, marking the culmination of the Instructor Training Program and the achievement of the highest distinction level, along with the authorization to begin mentoring future trainees. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
