Private Round Robin sessions offer trainees a unique opportunity to lead small class segments in a supportive, private environment. This setting allows you to build confidence and refine your skills without the pressure of a public audience, focusing on perfecting cueing, sequencing, and technique. Immediate feedback from instructors and peers accelerates growth, helping you gain clarity and precision in your teaching.​

Round Robin – Public
Public Round Robin sessions introduce live class participation, giving trainees the chance to lead small class segments with real-world dynamics. This exposure gradually increases the demands on your skills, building confidence while honing your ability to manage attention, timing, and cueing under pressure. With each session, you’ll develop resilience, adaptability, and the expertise to lead full classes with greater confidence and command.​

Trainee-Led Classes
Leading a full 75-minute Warrior Training class in a live public setting provides invaluable experience in managing class dynamics, pacing, and cueing, while also regulating and maintaining your own focus and energy. In addition to receiving immediate feedback from Scott and Jorina, you'll gain insights by observing and learning from your peers in their live classes, while they also benefit from your leadership. This hands-on experience accelerates your growth, allowing you to refine your teaching approach. By the end of the program, you'll have the confidence and expertise to lead successful classes immediately upon graduation, equipped with the skills to balance diverse class environments, student needs, and your own personal energy and stamina.​

Yin Practice for Balance
Yin-style yoga sessions complement the intense isometric strength training sessions by offering essential rest and recovery. Relaxing in extended yin postures helps you release deep tension, enhance flexibility, and support overall recovery—creating a well-rounded training program that promotes long-term physical and mental well-being.​

Dr. Jorji’s Asana Clinic
Dr. Jorji’s Asana Clinic offers in-depth, workshop-style sessions focused on the foundational asanas and exercises of the Warrior Training system. Through tailored instruction and personalized corrections, you'll overcome challenges and refine your practice. Emphasizing alignment and mindful movement, you'll develop a deeper understanding of your body, building the confidence to practice and teach with clarity.
