Daily Classes with Scott & Jorina
Scott and Jorina bring a rare blend of skill and expertise to the classroom. Their complementary teaching styles cultivate mindfulness, awareness, and deep mind–body intelligence. Grounded in kindness and precision, their approach to asana, strength training, and physical therapy makes every session challenging, fun, and deeply rewarding.

Round Robin – Private
Private Round Robin sessions give trainees the opportunity to teach small class segments in a supportive, private environment. Immediate feedback from Scott and Jorina accelerates learning, allowing you to refine your teaching skills without the pressure of a public audience.

Round Robin – Public
Public Round Robin sessions give trainees the opportunity to teach small segments in a live, public setting. This experience gradually challenges your skills, helping you build confidence while refining your ability to manage classroom attention, timing, and cueing under pressure.

Personalized Feedback Sessions
Led by Scott and Jorina, these personal feedback sessions provide immediate, actionable guidance to fine-tune and level-up your teaching skills. By focusing on your unique strengths and areas for growth, they help you refine your approach, address challenges, and create concrete steps for immediate improvement.

Real-Time Adjustments and Corrections
Learn to see and correct real-world students with diverse bodies, injuries, and conditions — an often overlooked aspect of yoga instruction. This program goes beyond leading choreography and reciting instructions, teaching you to offer immediate, tailored corrections for every student. You’ll develop the ability to recognize individual needs, respond adaptively, and teach with substance, clarity, and precision.

Trainee-Taught Assessment Classes
Teaching a full 75-minute class in a live, public setting provides invaluable experience in managing class dynamics, pacing, and cueing while maintaining your own energy and composure. This real-world exercise tests both your teaching skills and your readiness to step into the role of a Warrior Training teacher.

Yin Practice for Balance
Yin sessions complement intense isometric strength training by providing essential rest and recovery. This practice releases deep tension, enhances flexibility, and supports overall recovery—creating a balanced training program that promotes long-term physical and mental well-being.

Dr. Jorji’s Asana Clinic
Dr. Jorji’s Asana Clinic offers in-depth, workshop-style sessions focused on the foundational asanas and exercises of the Warrior Training method. Emphasizing mindfulness and alignment, these sessions help you develop a deeper understanding of the body, practice intelligently, and support your future students with thoughtful, health-informed guidance and instruction.

Dr. Jorji’s Prenatal Warrior Clinic
Dr. Jorji’s Prenatal Warrior Clinic offers an introduction to prenatal care and instruction. You will learn to provide knowledgeable, safe, and thoughtful guidance for practicing, teaching, and sequencing the Warrior Training method at every stage of pregnancy.
FAQ

Can I attend the full TT Program even if I don’t want to teach?
Yes. There’s no obligation to teach after graduation.
However, to join the full Teacher Training Program, you must agree to:
— Complete the 3-month TT Preparation Program —
— Participate in all on-site practice and teaching sessions —
— Teach one 75-minute trainee-taught assessment class —

If you’d like to experience the training environment without the teaching components, you can join a 7- or 10-day Practice Week. This option lets you practice alongside Scott, Jorina, and the group without any teaching, study, or assessment requirements. To access Dr. Jorji’s Asana and Prenatal Clinics, you must commit to the full Teacher Training.

TT is not a retreat or a holiday.
If you’re seeking a more retreat-like experience, Practice Week is the perfect fit—come practice with us and enjoy the experience freely, without obligation but full of inspiration.

Is the Warrior Teacher Training Program Yoga Alliance registered?
Both the Warrior Training College of Asana-Based Strength Training and the Warrior Teacher Training Program are independent from Yoga Alliance. We serve as our own licensing and accreditation body, offering professional credentialing, recognition, and access to advanced education and community resources that support teaching excellence and career growth.

The Warrior Training College and the Warrior Teacher Training Program emphasize teacher education and development. Our graduates are trained to teach with confidence, intelligence, and care—meeting standards of safety, skill, and proficiency that extend well beyond basic registry requirements.

You’ll be assessed on true teaching outcomes—safety, corrections, and sequencing—not simply payment and attendance. If you already hold a Yoga Alliance registration, you may self-log your Warrior TT hours as Continuing Education in your YA account to receive YA recognition.

If I am injured, can I still join?
Usually, yes. The program is doctor-supervised and injury-aware. Please be sure to note any specific injuries in your application, and we will advise you appropriately.

When should I start?
The curriculum is comprehensive, with both practice and study components. You should begin as soon as applications open and no later than 3 months before the TT program begins. Exceptions may be possible but are not guaranteed.
